How we store your information
Little Horizons Therapy maintains clinical records using secure practice management software Splose and Google Workspace.
Splose is a secure practice management software hosted in Australia and complying with Australian Privacy Laws.
Google Workspace is used for communication and draft file storage.
Reasonable steps are taken to ensure both electronic information systems above are protected through password protection, multi factor authentication and encryption where available.
When We Share Information
Your information will only be shared as required and with consent, unless required by law (including subpoenas or legal requirements, child protection reporting, serious risk of harm to themself of others, NDIS quality and safeguards commission requirements).
